Robert Kirkman began his comic career by creating the series Battle Pope alongside Terry Moore. Kirkman then began working for Image Comics on a SuperPatriot mini-series, Tech Jacket (which he co-created with E. J. Su) and the Cloudfall one-shot. In the early 2000's, he co-created the series Invincible, and shortly after, created The Walking Dead, both of which are amongst some of the most popular comic series Image have published. He is also known for the Image series Haunt (co-created with Image co-founder Todd McFarlane) and Outcast, as well as Marvel's Marvel Zombies. His series Outcast and The Walking Dead have been adapted into TV series.
Robert has also served as Image's chief operating officer.
